4. Payment:

Payment terms and pricing will be outlined in the project agreement. AVACO reserves the right to suspend work or withhold deliverables until payment is received in full.

5. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information provided by the other party that is not generally known to the public.

6. Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment, the client owns the intellectual property rights to the final, approved work product. AVACO retains the right to display the work in portfolios and marketing materials.

7. Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches any material term or condition. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services provided up to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, AVACO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AVACO is located.

10. Changes to Terms:

AVACO reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
